Meet Dennis Larsson – the Founder of Moso
With over 30 years of leadership experience — including 23 years at IKEA — Dennis has led teams, driven transformations, and navigated the complexities of global business.
After years of success in corporate leadership, Dennis shifted his focus to executive coaching, creating the MOSO approach — a methodology that unites strategy, culture, and leadership into a cohesive framework.
Today, Dennis works with senior executives and organisations to create clarity, align values with action, and achieve sustainable results that matter.
The Story of MOSO and the way we work
The name MOSO is inspired by the Chinese bamboo tree known as MOSO Bamboo. After the MOSO seed is planted, there is no visible growth above ground for up to the first five years. Then, sometime during or after this period, the tree suddenly begins to grow above ground at a rate of about three feet (≈ 1 m) per day. In just six weeks, it reaches its full height of ninety feet (≈ 27 m).
This rapid growth is only possible because of the solid foundation and strong root system that develops underground during those first years.
At MOSO, we coach and train people based on “The Clarity Frame,” a method built on the MOSO Bamboo principle: that a strong foundation and deep roots are prerequisites for successful leadership and sustainable transformations.
