Definition of Core Values:
Core values are the principles we live from — not goals we strive to achieve. They emerge when our fundamental needs are integrated, allowing our choices and actions to be guided from within rather than by external expectations.
Make sure to follow below instructiuon to secure high quality outcome.
1. Set yourself up for success by:
- Set aside 45-60 minutes in a quiet private space and bring your computer. Make sure to finish the entire assessment in one go to avoid that your browser close down and you will be forced to start all over.
- Connect to your Head, Heart, and Gut “whole you” for sustainable results.
- Prioritize using your own words before seeking inspiration or support from the list of values and add one word at the time.
- Make sure to spell your input correctly. Misspelled words may be excluded or misinterpreted, which will affect your results.
2. Follow this process:
- Add your name and email adress and start the assessment.
- Add and rank Personal values (words representing what’s important to you as a person and in your personal life).
- Continue by adding and ranking Relational values (words representing what’s important to you in your relationships with others, such as spouse/partner, family, friends, colleagues, etc.).
- Continue by adding and ranking Professional values (words representing what’s important to you in a professional setting, i.e., at work / in your occupation).
- Finalize the assessment by Ranking your 9 qualified values from previous steps and submit your assessment.
- You will receivce a mail with your 5 core values with definitins
- In the mail you receive we are offereing you to purchase your full individual 16 page report for deeper insights and reflections.
